Forged A1070 aluminium as heatsink, with thermal conductivity of 286W/m.K, and 600-700LM output, the 10W Cree LED downlight singapore is quite nice as repalcements of 50W halogens in your exsiting downlights or spotlights fixtures, with USA Cree LED or USA Bridgelux LED and brand LED driver. They are quite welcomed as general lighting or spot lighting in shops, hotels, musuems and show rooms, or like that.
24, 40 and 60 deg. optional as beam angle.
The COB LED downlights are also avaiable with 7W, 12W, 15W, 20W, 25W, 30W, 40W and 50W, with Aide or Lifud LED drivers.

Quality Control:
All Prime LED lights after production completed will be under a testing and aging(keep lighting) of 24 hours at least, to ensure their reliability.
A final testing after the long hours testing and aging will be done before the packing, to ensure nothing in wrong and well-working in customer's end.
Final Testing and aging




Precision forged heat sinks offer several important advantages over their machined, die cast and extruded counterparts. The increased thermal performance coupled with the ability to expand the surface area without increasing the size of the heat sink are unique advantages. These factors are especially critical when space is limited and/or weight reduction is critical to the product.
And also, precision forged heat sinks can often be manufactured at a lower cost because most operations can be performed in the tool and secondary operations are reduced.

How to order samples?
1,Samples are available at your costs;
2,You tell us which items, color and quantity you want, 5pcs as MOQ;
3,We will issue a Performa invoice for the samples order;
4,Production will go, if we do not have the stocks, after your payment by TT /Western Union;
5.Lead time would be about 7-12days;
6,Samples will be sent out by DHL or UPS, as you like.
